SIFErs Greening MMU Melaka Campus
In conjuction with the green week held in both campuses of Multimedia University Melaka and Cyberjaya , SIFE MMU Melaka together with Datuk Prof. Omar the senior director of Melaka Campus planted tree at the new car park located at Taman Daliah as a closing ceremony of 5 days event named "MMU Green Week".

During those five days SIFE MMU Members, Tzu Chi , Eco-Club Members, and Students work together to promote a green campus campaign.

GREEN? A colour that symbolize the eco-friendly program for the global. In Multimedia University, Melaka campus, SIFE (Student in Free Enterprise) has provide significant activities of spreading the environment friendly to all the student as well as lecturers and staff. This is to bring up the spirit of saving the Mother Nature. It is held for 4 days in MMU Melaka from 25 Oct to 28 Oct 2010. The event would never be successful without the good co-operation from Tzu-chi Organization in Melaka. The event were held to send a message of “Save the world for our future”. Activieties such as recycling papers, plastic and aluminum were provided to train student to recycle, flashmob where a group of volunteers, consisting of around 30 students held a mini flashmob and freeze around campus to promote the Event, Go Green Campaign, learn to produce new papers by recycling old paper and exhibition by Tzu-Chi, Melaka have enhance the MMU society for better understanding and being more aware of the natures.

It might wonder why flashmob were add into the programme of nature? The organizer speak that the flashmob was not directly involved with the event, but was intended to create an awareness regarding the green initiative with a different approaches. It is still a very small team, but we had been gathering a very encouraging response to further develop this team to promote this motion to the community!

Global warming that increasing drastically have become the centre of attention due to the trees being cut everyday, burning cases happening everywhere in the global and the depletion of the ozone have delivering the heat from day to day. It is everyone duty to keep the earth save from being disaster. “ Wake up people and STOP the disastering nature!”. Saving the mother nature is our resposibility regardsless of ages.
